Ingredients: Cashew nut, Rice Flakes, Salt, Sugar, Fat powder, (Vegetable fat (Palm Coconut), Whey (Milk), Stabilizer E451i, Anticaking Agent: E551, Soya Lecithin, Antioxidant: E320). Coriander, Red chilli, Maltodextrin, Tomato Powder, Cumin, Corn flour, Dry Fenugreek leaves, Other Spices(All spices in ground form).
Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of milk to make a paste. Deep fry diced cottage cheese/tofu till golden brown colour and put in cold water and keep aside.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 mins. Add fried cottage cheese /Tofu, 1 to 1/5 cup of water and cook further for 2-3 mins. Garnish and serve hot with Roti or Naan.
