Method of Preparation
1) Boil green peas , Mash and keep aside
2) Heat 3 tbsp. oil in pan, Fry finely chopped capsicum for 2 mins. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook further for 2 -3 mins.
3) Add boiled and mashed green peas and cook for 2 -3 mins. add cups of water, add pav bhaji mix and cook till it thickens. Add 2 tbsp.butter , Chopped green coriander and mix well. Serve hot with bread.
