Ingredients
Dehydrated onion, Salt, Red chilli, Coriander, Garlic, Refined vegetable oil, Sugar, Cornflour, Dry coconut, Seasame seed, Mustard, Asafoetida, Other spices. (All spices in ground form).
Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 table spoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add Spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 - 1.5 cup of water and cook for 4-5 min. Garnish and serve hot.
