Ingredients:- Dehydrated Onion,Cashew nut, Fat Powder (Vegetable fat (Palm Coconut), Whey (Milk), Stabilizer E451i, Anticaking Agent: E551, Soya Lecithin, Antioxidant: E320), Salt, Garlic, Corainder, Maltodextrin, Sugar , Dry ginger, Refined Vegetable oil, Turmeric , Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Citric Acid, E330, Other spices (All spices in Ground Form)
Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add Spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min with Diced cottage cheese / tofu , green peas 1 to 1.5 cup of water and cook for 5 min . Add 1 - 1.5 cup of water and cook for 4-5 min. Garnish and serve hot.
