Ingredients
Dehydrated onion, Coriander, Salt, Cashew nut, Garlic, Sugar, Refined vegetable oil, Red chilli, Cumin, Tomato Powder, Cornflour, Dry Ginger, Turmeric , Bay leaves, Other Spices (all Spices in Ground Form).
Method of Preparation
1) Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1/2 cup of plain yogurt to make a paste
2) Heat 3 tbsp. oil, fry capsicum cubes, onion cubes and mixed vegetables to golden brown colour
3) Add spice mix paste and fry for 2 -3 mins.add 1 cup water, diced cottage cheese / Tofu and cook the gravy for 2- 3 mins. Garnish and serve hot.
