Ingredients:- Dehydrated Onion, Cashew Nut, Salt , Tomato Powder, Coriander, Garlic,Red chilli, Cumin , Sugar, Fat Powder, Dry ginger, Maltodextrin, Refined Vegetable oil, Dry mint Leaves, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Citric Acid, Other Spices (All spices in Ground form)
Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add Spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min with Diced cottage cheese / tofu , green peas 1 to 1.5 cup of water and cook for 5 min . Add 1 - 1.5 cup of water and cook for 4-5 min. Garnish and serve hot.
