Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 table spoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
Add Spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 - 1.5 cup of water and cook for 4-5 min. Garnish and serve hot.
