Ingredients: Onion, Sugar, Salt, Cashew nut, Fat powder, (vegetable fat (Palm Coconut), Whey (Milk), Stabilizer:- E451i, Anticaking agent: E551, Soya, Lecithin: E322, Antioxidant: E320), Coriander, Red Chilli, Tomato Powder, Garlic, Maltodextrin, Corn, Starch, Refined Vegetable Oil, Fenugreek Leaves, Ginger, Mint leaves, Other Spices.
Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add Spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min with Diced cottage cheese / tofu , green peas 1 to 1.5 cup of water and cook for 5 min . Add 1 - 1.5 cup of water and cook for 4-5 min. Garnish and serve hot.
