Ingredients:Cashew nut, Salt, Coriander, Fat Powder (Vegetable fat (Palm coconut), Whey (Milk), Stabilizer E451i, Anticaking Agent: E 551, Soya, Lecithin E322, Antioxidant:E320), Salt, Sugar, Red chilli, Coriander, Tomato Powder, Dry fenugreek leaves Maltodextrin , Red chilli, Cornflour, Cumin, corn flour, Dry Ginger,Colour- Paprika oleoresin (E160C) , Other Spices (All spices in ground form).
Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add diced cottage cheese/ Tofu and 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 2-3 mins. Add 2 tbsp, butter and mix well. Garnish and serve hot.
