Ingredients
Dehydrated onion, Cashew nut, Fat Powder (vegetable fat (Palm coconut), Whey (Milk), Stabilizer: E451i, Anti caking agent : E551, Soya, Lecithin : E322, Antioxidant E320), Red chilli, Salt , Garlic , Coriander, Black Salt, Tomato Powder, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Cumin, Dry ginger, Dry Fenugreek Leaves, Colour Paprika Oleoresin (E160c), Refined Vegetable oil (Palmolein oil), Cornflour, Citric Acid (E330), Other spices (all spices in Ground Form).
Method of Preparation
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min. Add finely chopped capsicum, Tomato and cook for 3-4 min.
3) Add Spice mix paste and cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 - 1.5 cup of water and cook for 4-5 min. Garnish and serve hot. Add crushed cottage cheese/ Tofu and mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and cook for 1- 2 mins. Serve hot with Rice, Roti or Naan.
