Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add spice mix paste and cook till gravy thicken. serve hot with Roti, Rice or Naan.
