Get cottage Cheese/ tofu 100g,2 x Medium size potato, Corn flour 2 tbsp, Cashew nuts 10-15 nuts, Raisins 15 nos, Finely Chopped green chilli 1 tsp, Grated ginger 1/2 tsp, Chopped fresh coriander 1 tsp, Grated ginger 1/2 tsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp & Salt to taste.

Method to cook Potato Dumplings: Boil the potatoes, peel and mash. Mix together all the ingredients and make a dough. Make 7-8 rounds out of this dough and deep fry till golden colour.

Method of Preparation.
1) Mix the entire pack of spices mix with 1/2 cup of water to make a paste.
2) Heat approx 3 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add vegetables and saute for 2-3 mins. add tomato puree or finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 min.
3) Add Spice mix paste and cook till gravy thicken. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2-3 mins. Place koftas (Potato Dumplings) in serving bowl and pour gravy. Garnish and serve hot.
