Ingredients:- Dehydrated Onion, Red chilli, Tomato Powder, Salt, Refined Vegetable oil, Garlic , Coriander, Cashew nut, Fat powder, Vegetable Fat (Palm Coconut), Whey (milk), Stabilizer: E451i, anticaking Agent, E551, Soya, Lecithin: E322, Antioxidant E320, Cardamom, Cumin, Dry coriander Leaves, cassia, Dry Ginger, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Other Spices.
Method of Preparation:-
1) Marinate the chicken with entire pack of spice mix, 1 cup of water and keep aside. Heat 3 tbsp. Oil in a pan. Add cubes of onion, Capsicum, Tomatoes and stir fry on high flame for 1-2 mins, remove from pan and keep aside.
2)In remaining oil, Add tomato puree and cook till oil separates. Add marinate chicken, stir fry on high flame till oil separates.
3) Add 1 cup of water cover and cook for 8-10 min. Add stir fried vegetables and mix well. Garnish and serve hot with roti or naan.
