Method of Preparation.
1) Soak black lentils and Red kidney beans in water for 8 -10 hrs and pressure cook. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with 1 cup of milk to make a paste
2) Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a pan, add chopped tomatoes or tomato puree and salute for 2-3 mins. Add spice mix paste and cook further for 2-3 mins.
3) Add cooked black lentils and kidney beans, 2 -3 cups of water and cook to desired consistency. Garnish and serve hot with Steamed rice.
