Method of Preparation
1) Marinate lamb / Mutton with plain yogurt, Mix entire pack of spice with 1/2 cup of water and keep aside
2) Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pressure cooke. Add marinated mutton / Lamb stir fry on high flame till oil separates.
3) Add 1.5 cup of water and pressure cook on medium flame giving 7 - 8 whistles. Garnish and serve hot with roti or rice.
