Heat 80g oil, Preferably mustard oil and fry 2 tspn. Ginger Garlic Paste.Fry peeled & cubed 400g potatoes till tender and lightly brown. Add 20g Achari Aloo Masala and cook for 5 min. Then mix 2 tspn, Malt vinegar and 1 and half spoon jaggery/ Brown sugar and add to potatoes. check slat. Garnish with lightly fried salt, Green chillies filled with Achari aloo masala. Serve with Poori, Naan, Chapati, Parantha or rice.
