Mix the content of the pack with 230ml water and blend well
Pour Equal quantity of batter into baking trays greased with oil. Steam on high flame for 15 minutes. if pressure cooker is used, do not apply weight/ Whistle. Important after steaming do not open the lid or steaming vessel immediately.open the lid after 4-5 minutes. Remove baking tray and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Sprinkle 30 ml water evenly over dhoklas in each baking tray.Cut into pieces of preferable size.
Heat 50ml oil. Add 1 tsp Mustard seeds, when crackling starts, add green chilli pieces.Add 60ml water and heat till it boils.Spread it evenly on ready Nylon khaman in trays. Spread evenly over Recipe. Garnish with Chopped coriander leaves and grated coconut (if needed). Serve hot with Green Chutney.
