Intended use of Schezwan Chutney
Make mast-mast chicken lollipops by mixing chutney with the batter and serving it also as a dip.
Make a simply super schezwan dosa by spreading some hot chutney inside
Add a spicy twist to aloo (Potato) parathas by mixing chutney with the potato filling.
Spread some schezwan chutney to your Egg or omelette and Enjoy.
Recipe to Cook Schezwan Vegetables
Ingredients:- 1/2 cup boiled babycorn, 1/2 cup boiled corn, 1/2 cup chopped french beans, 1/2 cup sliced mushroom, 1/2 cup pakchoi. 1/4 cup chings schezwan sauce, 2 tsp chings soy sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup , salt to taste & 2 tbsp Oil.
Heat oil in a kadai (utensil). Add schezwan sauce, tomato Ketchup, Salt & heat for 1 min. Add all the remaining Ingredients, 2 tbsp water and cook for few mins. Serve hot.
