MTR Sambar Ready Mix 200g
Flavourful stew of Lentils and Vegetables. Made the Authentic South Indian Way.
Ingredients: Red gram Dal, Salt, Mixed spices, Sugar, Edible Vegetable fat interesterified (made of palmolein oil and palm kernel oil). Tamarind power, Curry leaves, Mustard, Bengal gram dal, Turmeric, Acidity regulator Tartaric Acid. Fenugreek, Spice extract and asafetida.
Makes about 2 litres of sambhar & serves Approx 12 people
Cooking instructions
1) Boil 6 measures of water and add 1 measure of Sambhar Mix. Mix well.
2) Add 2 cups boiled vegetables of your choice (sambar onion, tomato, Drumstick , Brinjal, Potato)
3) Cook for 6-8 minutes. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
Store in cool, dry and hygienic place | once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container | Use a dry spoon
