Preparation
Place the bhel mix in a bowl, add chopped boiled potato and chopped onion then drizzle with a selection of the 3 sauces. Mix well and garnish with Sev and coriander Leaves immediately.
Potato Sev Puri
Place puris in a plate. Place chopped boiled potato and chopped onion on puri, also place sweet date and tamarind chutney, Garnish with sev and coriander leaves. serve Immediately
Puri Chat
Break puris in a bowl, add boiled chick peas or kala chana (Brown chana, chopped Potato, Chopped onion, Sev and chat masala, Mix well and garnish with sev and coriander leaves. Serve Immediately.
