Ingredients
Rice (58%), Black gram Dal, Edible vegetable fat, Salt, Acidity Regulator (INS 296), Raising Agent (INS 500ii).
Cooking Instruction
- Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water & ½ cup sour curd to form batter.
- Keep aside for 5 min.
- Steam batter in idli cooker or vessel for 10 min.
- Serve hot
