Ingredients
Coriander, chilli Red, Cumin, Turmeric, Salt White, Black pepper, dried ginger, Mustard, Dried onion, Fenugreek leaves, Cinamon, Fennel, Dried Ginger, Cardamom Amomum, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mace, Asafoetida.
Mushroom and Green peas Curry :- Fry 150g, Chopped onions in 70g. Cooking oil in deep pan till golden. Add coarsely chopped 100g. Tomatoes and half table spoon. Deggi mirch , salt to taste & 15g. Sabji masala. Stir & Cook for 5 minutes. Then add 250g mushrooms, cut into 2 or 4. Stir cook for 5 minutes. Add 200g of green peas, half cup of water and let it simmer for 10 minutes without covering till cooked. Sprinkle few kasoori methi leaves, Mix & Serve.
