Ingredients
Salt white, Fennel, Coriander, Chilli Red, Musk Melon, Turmeric, Mustard, Fenugreek Seeds, Nigella Dehydrated unripe mango, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cloves, Nutmeg, Star Aniseed.
Cooking Instructions.
Heat 60g oil and fry 3-4 tspn ginger garlic paste for 5 min.Add 500g dressed chicken pieces and cook for 10 min.Add 150g tomato puree, 20g Achari Chicken masala and cook further for 5-7 minutes. Finally add 150g natural yoghurt. Mix with Curry and cook till ready. Fry slightly slit green chillies, Stuffed with Achari masala. Decorate with these chillies.
