Ingredients : Wheat Flour (58%),Buckwheat Flour (30%),Water,Salt
Preparation
Place the noodles in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes only (or 1 if stir-fry).
Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain.
Add to stir-fries, soups and salads or serve as side dish.
