Ingredients :- Dehydrated onion, Salt, Red chilli, Refined Vegetables oil, Coriander, dry ginger, Tomato powder, Dry mint Leaves, Sugar, Garlic,Caraway, Mace, Green Chilli Powder, Green Cardamom, Other spices in ground form.
Method of Preparation.
1) Cook the rice with pinch of salt. Mix the entire pack of spice mix with yogurt to make a paste
2) Heat 3 tbsp. of pure ghee in a pan. Add cut vegetables and saute for 4 -5 mins. Add spice mix paste in 1/2 cup of water an cook for 2 mins.
3) Add cooked rice and mix well. Garnish with dry fruits and fried onions and serve hot.
