Ingredients
Split pulse red gram, Salt, Sugar, Coriander, Cumin, Red chilli, Rice, Tamarind Powder,Jagger Powder, Refined Vegetable oil, Curry leaves, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds & Other spices in ground form.
Method of Preparation
1) Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves
2) Add cut vegetables and saute for 3 -4 mins
3) Add water with entire pack of sambhar mix and 1 tbsp. fresh grated coconut & Cook further for 8 -10 mins. Serve hot with idli, Medu vada, Dosai etc
